Each kinesiology session is fully personalised. We begin with a conversation to understand what’s going on in your world, then use muscle testing to gently gather feedback from your body. This process helps identify areas where your energy may be under pressure—physically, chemically, emotionally or electrically—and offers tools to support realignment.

Using gentle muscle testing, we access your body’s natural feedback system. This helps highlight where energetic or functional imbalances may exist—whether linked to stress, nutrition, posture, or emotional patterns. It’s a subtle yet powerful way to listen to what your body is really trying to tell you.

All sessions are fully clothed and take place with your comfort and consent at the heart of the experience.
